Marine Polishing It has taught us how to perform polishing work on a scratched stainless steel part.
How should stainless steel be polished?
The steel polishing process is a delicate job that requires specific products to clean, repair and protect the metal.
The polishing work is based on two processes: roughing and polishing.
If we have a scratched stainless steel part, the first step will be roughing. A special stick paste is applied to repair scratches and scratches on the metal surface, and polished with a braided rope disc to polish the surface more easily.
The second step would be polishing and polishing, for this we will apply the IS POLISH and with an automatic or manual polisher we will spread it over the entire surface so that it impregnates well and the original shine of the piece comes out again.
Its thick texture helps provide good protection that helps repel nitrate and dirt, ensuring a longer gloss duration. Simply wiping the metal with a shine will re-emerge.
We show you the recovery process of a scratched stainless steel bar:
Boats often live in high humidity conditions, the main enemy of any metallic surface. So a good way to keep your ship's metals in good condition is to polish them periodically so they have a layer of protection against nitrate and dirt.
Do as Marine Polishing and use the nautical polish of IS POLISH to bring out the shine of the boat's stainless steel.
